Doyle Hardwick, 57, of Central Florida was arrested for misuse of 911 after called saying his wife would not let him check his Facebook in peace after he gave her some beers so she could go to sleep.

When police arrived at their trailer house they found his wife outside. Inside was Hardwick and the cops started to question him and his wife. Both smelled of alcohol.

This is not Hardwick's first run in with the law for calls like this. He has called complaining on his wife before. According to the Pasco County Sheriffs report he once called asking for help because he "just wanted someone to make my wife do what I wanted her to do."

Hardwick was sentenced on March 1st to serve 60 days behind bars for his arrest. On March 19th he had a warrant out for his arrest because he did not show up to serve his sentence. Hardwick has since turned himself in.
