James Summers, 52, walked into a Denny's in Madison, Wisconsin and he was hungry. But what he did to get the food is what got him locked up in jail.

Summers walked into the restaurant wearing a coat and tie, holding a briefcase claiming to be from the corporate office. When the manager working at the time told him he must be at the wrong restaurant because she was not expecting a visit from corporate, Summers said he was at the right restaurant.

Summers then told the manager that he is "now going to start his duties," he acted as if he was on his cell phone talking to someone from corporate. But while Summers was pretending on the phone the manager had went to her office and was really talking to corporate, trying to figure out what was going on. While she was on the phone her employee's were gathering around her office, they told her that Summers was now in the kitchen making his own cheeseburger and fries. That's when the manager decided to give the police a call.

When the Madison police showed up they found that Summers did not work for corporate at Denny's. Although they did find a stun gun on his belt loop, and some crack pipes. He was arrested and taken to jail..... all of this just because he wanted a cheeseburger from Denny's.  Summers is being held on charges of fraud, possession of an electric weapon, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
