Amarillo Man Arrested After Early Sunday Morning Break-In At Gebo’s
According to a Police Report, Sunday Morning at 3:29am, APD Officers were dispatched to Gebo's at 4550 Canyon Drive when a Burglary alarm was set off.Police arrived on the scene within two minutes, but did not find any suspects. After looking at surveillance tapes the APD were able to get a description and sent it to all Officers on duty.
Police believed that the suspect had stolen a rifle out of the gun case located in the store.
An officer near 45th and Tuscon noticed a male running across the street carrying a rifle and pursued him on foot.
Paul Frederick Kayser was arrested ad booked into Randall County on a charge of Burglary, Evading Arrest/Detention and Resisting Arrest/Search/Transport.
