The Wildo Wildfire has caused more than 30,00o citizens in Colorado to evacuate their homes.

Firefighters were hoping to have the Waldo wildfire under control by now, but today it made it past the line they didn't want it to cross.

The wildfire has caused more than 30,000 residents in Colorado to evacuate and flee from their homes causing them to take shelter in churches, tents and buildings who have donated their space for the evacuees.

Mary Lou Farnum from Amarillo is on her way to Colorado to help with the American Red Cross. Farnum will be spending 3 weeks volunteering her time in order to help.
