Amarillo Swimming Pools Open For Memorial Day Weekend

With temperatures in the mid to high 80s, a nice cool swim sounds amazing.  Well get ready because Amarillo Parks and Recreation is set to open the pools for memorial day weekend.

Mark your calendar because Amarillo Parks and Recreation is getting their pools ready to open on May 25th!  Southeast, Southwest and Thompson pools will all be open for Memorial weekend.

But do not get to comfy in those waters.  While it will be nice to take a dip in the pool, the pools will once again close on May 28th.  Southeast will reopen on June 1st and the others will stay closed until June 7th.

With summer just around the corner, it is nice to know that swimming relief is around the corner!
