Amarillo Teacher Caught Having A Sexual Relationship With Student!

An Amarillo grade school teacher has been charged with sexual assault of a minor after being caught having a relationship with an Amarillo student.

Amarillo police were alerted a 15 year-old Amarillo high school student was having a relationship with a Amarillo grade school teacher. The APD was notified by another student who heard about the incident and began to investigate immediately. The APD seized phones, computers and other documents to determine if the relationship was true.

At halftime during a high school football at Dick Bivin's Stadium at grade school teacher from Amarillo and an Amarillo High student leave the stadium together. They go to a nearby hotel parking lot and engage in sexual activities in the back of the car. Then the teacher takes the student back to the stadium and they go there separate ways.

The teacher has turned herself in to the police and has since been released on bond. Since the investigation has started 2 more students have turned themselves in saying they have had a relationship with the teacher also. The investigation is still ongoing.
