Amarillo Woman Writes Inspiring Blog About Her Battle With Breast Cancer
Breast Cancer Awareness month can bring out all kinds of emotions for everyone. Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer among women in the United States. Whether you have suffered tragic loss or a triumphant victory, this disease has probably touched your family in some way.
Our friends over at KVII News Channel 7 talked to Parie Donaldso,n who is currently in the midst of her battle with breast cancer. She is fighting her disease with a positive attitude and it is truly inspiring.
Parie is the owner and operator of Parie Designs, located on Lincoln Street in Amarillo. In her spare time, between working at her shop and treatment, she started a blog called 'Plan C.' She writes about everything from bargaining with God to her hair loses and how she is keeping a positive attitude through her hard times.
