An Indiana Man Is Going To Jail After A Gambling Argument Lead To Another Man’s Ear Being Bitten Off!

After arguing about who has the better hand in gambling, one man is arrested for biting off a piece of someone else’s ear.

{The Huffington Post}

“I gamble better than you,” “In your dreams, I gamble better.” That is how an argument started in a hotel room in Indiana, the end result came when Donald Tolbott, 23, of Indiana got mad and decided to bite half of another man’s ear off.

Apparently a large group of people had gathered at a local Quality Inn hotel and were having a party. Screaming was heard coming from the room where the suspect and victim had been hanging out and that is when the victim’s sister noticed what happened and called the police.

The argument went back and forth and both the suspect and the victim said the other one started it. When police arrived they found the victim laying on the couch screaming in pain, blood was everywhere and a part of the man’s ear was lying on the floor. The police asked the suspect Tolbott what happened and his response was “I have no idea.” Talbott is being held at the local police station without bond on charges of battery resulting in serious bodily injury and disorderly conduct.
