Are Easter Baskets Just For Kids? [POLL]

Easter is right around the corner, and that means its time to make baskets for your kids. Some make the baskets and some buy the baskets. My question to you is, are Easter baskets just for kids?

The reason I ask is because I have never personally seen adults give baskets to other adults on Easter. Growing up my family would get together and just give baskets and candy to the children, and my grandparents.
