This is a particularly big deal for anyone who’s looking for a job, since it has become well-known that employers search social media and the internet in general for information on potential hires.

Perhaps this why in a new Global Web Poll of 35,280 business professionals around the world, 69 percent recognized the importance of being careful with their online image. Twenty percent of respondents answered that it is not important to watch what they put on the internet, and 10 percent said their online image is not something they think about at all.
