Around 150 people use Canyon's public pool on a daily basis during the summer, as Canyon grows it's amenities need to grow along with the city. Over the last several decades the pool has done it's job for the community.

In Canyon, after some financial talking, baseball fans now have a brand-new facility in which to play. The Kent Johnson Memorial Baseball Complex progress has gone well and after Monday's meeting, it is almost ready to be opened.
