When I was a kid, animal (nature) shows never really intrigued me. I thought lions were cool, but never found them fascinating enough to learn about them. As I've grown older I have found myself to be interested in some animal shows, especially anything about marine life. As a kid however, I always thought the narration for the show was very boring. Thankfully in my later days, I discovered
Ice. It's cold, hard, and dangerous. It makes the roads annoying to drive on and has cause countless people to slip and fall. This man has found an artistic and musical way to take his revenge on the ice.
We are 23 days away from Christmas. And today is a cold way to start off a cold weekend here in Amarillo. I hope that you are able to stay warm this weekend as we have low temperatures and freezing rain. The recap today contains enough information to keep you busy for at least 7 minutes or so. Maybe longer if you read slow.
In today's McDaily we find out who's in the running to play the female lead in the big-screen version of “Les Misérables.” The Band Perry's going to be on TNT with Conan and Justin Bieber for Christmas in Washington. And 30 Rock is now well lit. In other news, go Elf Yourself--I did.
December is officially here. So why not do something to spread holiday cheer. Take your mouse and head to ElfYourself.com. Then watch you and your friends dance to a Christmas song. You can dance to country, hip pop and swing. Or watch your Elf self be funky and sing. Ten elf dances are available for you and four of your friends. Just load your faces, select a dance and let the fun begin. And to show you the cheer of being an elf. I've made four videos that include myself. McWilley & The McSters do a little country, funk and hip hop. If you watch all three the laughing won't stop.
So about three or four weeks ago I was looking at my twitter feed and noticed that a lot people that I follow were using Instagram. Instagram is an app for the iPhone that let's you take a picture, add a few filter effects then upload the photo to the Instagram servers allowing people from around the world to view your photography work.
The world is a sadder place now. Comedian Patrice O'Neal died at age 41. This guy was funny. In today's McDaily Webcast I included a bit from his last stand up Elephant in the Room. I'm also going to include a few other videos of his work that make me laugh. Farewell Patrice, make the angels laugh their wings off.
The McDaily Webcast for Tuesday revealed that Jennifer Nettles got married. What? When did this happen? Why wasn't I invited? I guess my invitation was lost. Or maybe it was stuck like glue to the invitation of someone else. Moving on, this Sunday on television the undead were more popular than the Kardashians. I know it's weird. Flesh eating corpses are more popular than sexy, big butted women. The world is ruled by geeks--and I will be their president.
I know it's Tuesday, but is wrong of me to wish it was Friday? I guess I'll have to wait. Well today's show was filled with the usual insanity.
Someone who is quite insane--or confused--or high is Miley Cyrus. Apparently she likes to tell inside jokes about smoking weed and Bob Marley. Also on the show today we discovered that there is a website that will help you breakup with your partner for a price. That's taking the Dear John to a whole new level.
In today's McDaily find out how Keith Urban is doing post throat surgery. London's St Pancras station kicked off the holiday in Lego style. And apparently people are going to be shopping at work today thanks to Cyber Monday. Get the details in today's McDaily Webcast or Podcast.
