Canyon Hit With Spray-Painting Vandal

Several homes and vehicles were tagged with spray paint over the weekend in Canyon.

Canyon is known for its low crime rate and safe environment. However, the town sees the occasional demonstration of illegal activity.

Over the weekend, several cars, garage doors, windows, and other private property were spray painted along 7th Avenue. The police believe these acts took place in the midnight hour.

The symbols appear to be random and not associated with any group or brand.

There were also several reports of egging on the opposite side of town.

The Canyon Police Department is asking anyone with information about the vandalism to contact them immediately. Valuable information includes any sightings of people walking around in the area on the night of April 8th around midnight.
