Croquenbouche !

Ok, I'm not a good cook. I would love to be but....my love for food does NOT transfer to my ability to cook said food. I try, I really do but I've even  found a way to mess up those cookies that you just plop on a cookie sheet and bake. But, it's a new day and this Holiday season I am taking on the giant sugary mountain that is the Croquenbouche !  It's basically a French word that means giant tower of cream puffs covered in sugar. I know, good stuff right  !?!?
