I have seen tons of people dress and impersonate their favorite artists over and over again.  But did a Kenny Chesney fan get tossed out of a concert for looking like the Country Star?

It appears to be so.

While out on tour with Tim McGraw, Kenny Chesney performed in front of a Nashville crowd.  While many rather enjoyed the show, one fan got kicked out.

Nathan Blankenship spent $200 on ticket to go and see the two artists.  The night of the concert, Blankenship had a fresh bald head, cowboy hat, sleeveless t-shirt and a nice tan.  Well, a security guard thought that he looked a little too much like Kenny Chesney and escorted him out.

The guards said he was "intentionally impersonating" the celebrity.  There is no word if he is going to be reimbursed the $200 he spent on his ticket.

Kenny Chesney's camp issued a statement of Facebook:

KENNY CHESNEY CONCERT PROMOTER TO RESOLVE ISSUE WITH FAN

NASHVILLE, TN – Being made aware through the media that fan Nathan Blankenship was removed from the ‘Brothers of the Sun’ Tour show in Nashville on Saturday night, the promoter of the show is contacting Blankenship to resolve the matter. No one in Chesney’s management or promoter camp was aware that this fan had been escorted from the show until after it had been reported by the media.

Concert promoter Kate McMahon, Vice President of Marketing for the The Messina Group said, “We never want our fans to leave disappointed and we are reaching out to him to make this situation right.”

Now, I don't see why he would get kicked out of a concert that he paid to see.  I know a bunch of cowboys who dress the same way.  Do you think the guard was out of line?
