For the second time in two months an openly gay teenager has committed suicide in Tennessee due to being tormented, harassed and bullied in their school.

Last Friday the body of 14-year old Phillip Parker was found inside his room, inside his trash can was a note he wrote to his mom saying "Please Help Me Mom." His parents and family said they could tell nothing was wrong with Parker before he died, the family said he seemed to be happy.

Phillips mother Gena Parker said after he commited suicide alot of what was happening to him at school was starting to come out.

"After he did what he did, we found out a lot that we didn't know and there is a lot of bullying that goes on at the school."

Parkers parents say they reported what was happening at his school with him being bullied and that they even reported it to Gordonsville High School, the school Parker was attending but the high school never followed up on their complaints.

A candle light vigil will be held in honor of Phillip Parker on Thursday to remember him and Jacob Rodgers, another Tennessee teen who committed suicide last month.
