For a juicy and tender bird this Thanksgiving, just dip that bare naked bird in a brine of bourbon and bake according to directions.  Sounds more like an excuse for Uncle Scooter to sneak out to the garage to add more 'brine' to the bird-while basting himself with bourbon.  If you're looking for an alcohol free brine, just substitute brown sugar instead of bourbon.
