How to Make an Apple Pie From Scratch in Less Than an Hour [PHOTOS]
This weekend my family and I set out to make a delicious apple pie. We always make tasty pies around this time of year when friends and family are beginning to crave tasty and filling seasonal deserts. Since my relatives liked it so much, we’re sharing the recipe for this easy to make apple pie so you can have a taste and have as much fun making it as my family did.We’ll include the ingredients, their portions and the amount it takes to make the pie. Even though this is an apple pie, it’s not the usual traditional pie, but it’s just as good. That being said, let’s start building this appetizing dish.
1 ready to use pie crust
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 spoonfuls of flour
1 teaspoon of sugar with cinnamon
1 cup of whipped cream.
Coat the bottom of the crust with cream cheese, spreading it out evenly along the base. Next, cut the three apples into thin slices, mixing them with the flour and the granulated sugar in a bowl until the slices are well coated. Add the slices into the crust carefully and sprinkle it with the sugar and cinnamon evenly. Set the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the pie for 20 minutes. If using raw dough set it for 25 minutes, the last five wrapping it with tin foil. Let it cool down, top with the whipped cream and enjoy!
