Clayton Osbon, 49, was arrested and charged with interfering with flight crew instructions and suspended indefinitely on Wednesday morning according to JetBlue chief executive Dave Barger.

On Tuesday morning JetBlue Flight 191 was forced to make an emergency landing in Amarillo at the Rick Husband International Airport after Osbon was running and screaming up the aisle “First Iraq, then Afghanistan, now this,” according to passengers on board.

Barger told reporters that there is nothing in Osbon's 12 years with the company that would cause the company to think he would be a risk during flight.

The passengers who on board for JetBlue's Flight 191 en route from JFK airport in New York City to Las Vegas have been refunded one way of their airfare and have been credited for two times their amount of the original ticket.
