The pilot arrested for causing the uproar on JetBlue flight 191 remains in custody on Monday awaiting hearing.

JetBlue pilot Clayton Osbon, 49, of Richmond Hill, Georgia remains in custody in the Randall County Jail after being arrested for interfering with the flight crew.

A U.S. Magistrate Judge ordered Osbon to stay in custody at the Randall County Jail until Thursday, that is when the judge will determine his bond.

Osbon was charged last week by federal authorities, he could face up to 20 years in prison. Osbon caused JetBlue flight 191 to make an emergency landing at the Rick Husband International Airport after he was said to be running up the aisle and banging on the cockpit doors yelling about 9/11 and bombs.

Some passengers on board were able to detain Obson, no one on board was injured including the flight crew and passengers.
