Johnny Reid Big Winner At The 2011 Canadian Country Music Awards [VIDEO]

This is Johnny Reid, voted Best Male Artist of the Year  and the coveted Fans Choice Award at the 2011 Canadian Country Music Award this past week.

Even though we share a border and share the love of country music, I can't believe this is the first time I've ever heard of Johnny Reid.  While I was reading the list of winners of the Canadian Country Music Awards, the only names that I recognized were Terri Clark and Ronnie Dunn.

So my question to you:  Do you follow Canadian Country Stars?  Who's your favorite?  And, do you think we should play more Canadian Country singers?
