With the cold front moving in early and threatening us with freezing rain and snow, I have been getting my car winter ready.  Did you know that using vinegar on your windows will help them from freezing over?

Of course, you need to make sure your car is winter ready and check all your fluids.  But when I get my car winter ready I automatically think of scraping ice off windows.  I hate this more than you know!  It is cold and sometimes the ice is just too think.  So I have found a simple solution to prevent any ice from freezing on your windows!

It is so simple and inexpensive!  You take a mixture of three parts white vinegar and one part water.  Put it in a spray bottle and then cover your windows with it.  I'm not sure what exactly the vinegar does, but I do know that it works!

This video shows how you can use vinegar to de-ice your iced windows!  Stay warm!
