Ever the entertainer, Luke Bryan has the talent to turn the spotlight on himself ... even at a birthday party that's not his own. Sound familiar? He's also crashed a wedding and a baby shower in a quest to earn the spotlight at the 2014 ACMs, but this latest interruption really takes the cake.

The setting? The birthday party of a little guy named Kevin. He's blindfolded, trying to hit a piñata that's hanging in the tree. It's tough work, and his family and friends are loudly cheering him on, directing him to hit the paper mâché creation a little higher, a little lower and everywhere in between.

That's when Bryan shows up, wearing a birthday hat atop his trusty baseball cap. "Man up, Kevin!" he shouts, handing off his birthday cake to Kevin's shocked mom.

"Give me the bat," the star demands, pulling up Kevin's blindfold and adding, "You're swingin' this thing like a spaghetti noodle."

So, Bryan shows him how it's done ... and sends the piñata sailing. The singer celebrates solo, oblivious to the dismayed looks from everyone around him. His antics will have country fans laughing and re-watching the video.

Bryan is nominated for Entertainer of the Year at the 2014 ACM Awards, in addition to Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year for 'Crash My Party.' Fans can cast their vote daily at VoteACM.com. Don’t miss the big red carpet event, airing Sunday, April 6 at 8PM ET on CBS.

Oh, and eat your broccoli, kids!
