Man Arrested For Giving Wedgies To Strangers

A guy records himself doing dumb things and post them on YouTube, then he gets himself caught.

Talk about a pain in the... you know what. That is exactly what Charles Ross, 18, was to some complete strangers right before he landed himself in jail.

Ross is what you call a "YouTube prankster," someone who video tapes themselves doing some dumb things then post them on the internet.

Ross went on a "wedgie spree" while one of his friends video taped the whole thing. One of the unlucky victims called the cops on Ross and he was arrested later that night and released on a $750 bond.
