The weather will be getting colder and I'd like to share this recipe with you.  If you love fresh spicy salsas, you'll love this sauce.

Add jalapenos, vinegar, salt, garlic -that's all the ingredients you need  for the best green sauce, ever! I think you'll enjoy the fresh and bold flavor of this jalapeno green sauce on EVERYTHING!

Ingredients:

3 cups white vinegar

2 lbs of jalapenos

2 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons of kosher salt

Canning Jars

Chop off the stems of jalapenos.  Cut jalapenos in half and add to blender with garlic cloves, salt and vinegar.  You'll have to do this in batches.  Blend it on high until it liquifies-almost like a fresh salsa.  After blending, ladle liquid into canning jars- I like the wide mouth pint size jars.  It should yield about 6 jars.

Now, here is the secret ingredient:

Time.

30 days in a cool dark place like a kitchen cabinet.  And you really need to wait the full 30 days because the longer it sits, the better it tastes.

If you have any questions-leave them here and I'll get back with you.
