“The Homer’s clan quickly decided that just throwin’ a party wasn’t good enough. In 2000, Homer’s broadened the horizons and turned HBB into a benefit for Make-A-Wish.” via homersbackyardball.com
All proceeds for HBB will go towards the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Texas Plains. The goal this year is to raise enough money for 14 Wishes.
Megan Szydloski – The average cost of a wish is about $7000. So you can see what we’re trying to raise with this event.
