"The Homer's clan quickly decided that just throwin' a party wasn't good enough. In 2000, Homer's broadened the horizons and turned HBB into a benefit for Make-A-Wish." via homersbackyardball.com

All proceeds for HBB will go towards the Make-A-Wish Foundation of the Texas Plains. The goal this year is to raise enough money for 14 Wishes.

Megan Szydloski - The average cost of a wish is about $7000. So you can see what we're trying to raise with this event.

Homer's Backyard Ball will have plenty of food for you to eat and it's BYOB, NO glass containers are allowed.  And NO pets are allowed.
