Mother Gets Arrested After Daughter Tells School Officials That Her Rash Is From Tanning

A school nurse finds a rash on a 5 year old, the kid says its from tanning with mom.

Would you let your child go tanning with you knowing the risks? I know if I had a young daughter under the age of 18 I probably wouldn't want her to go tanning. Would you? Or have your already taken your child tanning with you.

A 5 year-old girl went to the nurse when the nurse found a rash. The nurse asked where the rash came from and the little girls said it was from tanning with her mom.

The school nurse immediately notified law enforcement officials of what was going on. The mother was then arrested for second-degree child endangerment. The mother claims she would never let her daughter go tanning and that the rash was from doing gardening work outside in the sun.
