The clean-up is under way in Moore, Oklahoma after the deadly tornado tore through the town. Police and fire officials are still searching through the rubble in hopes of finding survivors, although time is running out.

On Monday, the EF5 tornado took over 20 lives and injured hundreds more. Surrounding communities and people all over the nation have come together to help Moore in their recovery process. Country superstar is currently working with NBC to come up with a benefit concert for those who lost everything.

The number of people affected by this natural disaster is said to be around 10,000 people. The photos below are just a very small amount of damage that was caused by the tornado's destruction.
