This video is absolutely disturbing. I understand that police officers have dangerous jobs. I understand that sometimes they are put into situations where they have to defend themselves or other citizens in the community. This does not look like one of those times.

You can see this office pull this guy out of the car and proceed to beat and even pepper spray him. This guy is not at all fighting back and seems to be completely out of it. What do you think? Is this an example of police brutality?
