Power Outages Throughout the Texas Panhandle Wednesday Morning
Waking up Wednesday morning to the thunder and good ole rain was a good way to start today. Well, for most of us it was a good thing. But, it wasn't all good. There were others that had power outages thanks to the morning storm.
