Harrison Ford was a guest on last night's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' to promote his movie '42' and naturally the discussion came around to 'Star Wars: Episode 7' and the future of the franchise. Ford tried to stay mum and say he couldn't talk about anything 'Star Wars,' but when he agreed to some questions from the audience, things got heated and Ford walked off the set. Costumes and makeup played an important and often-overlooked role in making the six 'Star Wars' movies sensational sci-fi masterpieces that, even today, nothing has really matched. They were at the center of an engrossing experience that made the viewer literally feel as though they had been transported to a distant galaxy far, far away.
As you most likely already know, reports of Harrison Ford's involvement in the upcoming J.J. Abrams-directed 'Star Wars: Episode 7' came out a while back followed by a statement from George Lucas saying that him, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill were all in negotiations. Plus even Ford himself said he "thinks" it's a sure thing -- but that's apparently all he has to say on the matter and he won't discuss it further. Seriously.
"Luke, I am your father," is perhaps one of the most famous lines ever in cinematic history. It has been said by nearly anyone with the ability to speak -- except for 23-year-old Carlos, who had no clue that Skywalker's old man was Darth Vadar. Thankfully, when his friends discovered this they decided to make an event of it.
'Star Wars: Episode 7' is still a few years away, but it's all the internet can talk about...even though everyone knows nothing about it. In that way, it's kinda comforting to know that Luke Skywalker himself is just as much in the dark as the rest of us! Although the one and only Mark Hamill can't provide us with any hard data on the upcoming 'Star Wars' adventure, he unleashed his two cents on the entire project into the internet.
