Taylor Swift has teamed up with Target for an exclusive deluxe edition of her fourth album 'Red,' out Monday, Oct. 22. It was an obvious partnership between the singer and the store, given the album title and the fact that crimson is the discount retailer's signature shade, as is evident in its bullseye logo. In conjunction with the partnership, Swift filmed an adorable, 30-second commercial promoting the Target exclusive, which boasts six extra tracks.

In the spot, the 'Begin Again' hitmaker is flying high and swirling around in lots of red fabric.

She's shown is in a room, dressed in a classic cut, sleeveless, ice blue dress and white heels. But she doesn't take the stairs. Instead, she soars through the air -- thanks to a hand tram fashioned out of red fabric, which she magically pulls down from the ceiling. Who knew Swift had otherworldly powers, even if only for half a minute during the whimsical new commercial?

In the clip, Swift is singing 'Red,' the title track of the album. She's reminiscent of a ballerina, twirling around in her pretty party dress with its full skirt. She swirls around with swaths of red fabric, like she has hardly a care in the world and simply wants to dance while people listen to her music.

Anyone else out there think that there's a patriotic undertone to the commercial, since its splashed in red, white and blue? We think so, if not simply because Taylor Swift is America's sweetheart.
