Taylor Swift and George Strait split the No. 1 title this week, as their songs top the two main country singles charts. Swift’s ‘Ours’ takes the leading slot on Billboard, while Strait’s ‘Love’s Gonna Make It Alright’ snatches the No. 1 position on Mediabase / Country Aircheck.

‘Ours’ is Swift’s most recent chart-topper from her latest album ‘Speak Now,’ while Strait’s victory with ‘Love’s Gonna Make It Alright’ gives the king of country his second No. 1 from his ‘Here for a Good Time’ album, but 59th career No. 1.

Closing in on the head honcho spot in the coming weeks will be Jake Owen‘s ‘Alone With You,’ which is currently No. 2 on Billboard and No. 3 on Mediabase. Meanwhile, Lee Brice isn’t far behind with his latest hit, ‘A Woman Like You’ (No. 5 on Billboard, No. 6 on Mediabase), and Blake Shelton is following closely with ‘Drink on It,’ which moves up to No. 6 on Billboard and No. 5 on Mediabase.

Rounding out the rest of the Top 10 on both charts are the latest singles from Miranda Lambert (‘Over You’), Rascal Flatts (‘Banjo’), Montgomery Gentry (‘Where I Come From’), Lady Antebellum (‘Dancin’ Away With My Heart’), as well as the former No. 1 hits from Dierks Bentley (‘Home’) and Kenny Chesney (‘Reality’).
