A man convicted of molesting a student was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison. Neal Erickson was initially charged with molestation of a minor over the age of 13 and under the age of 16.

The disturbing part comes when the school district actually shows up in support of the man. Not only did they show up in support of the convicted child molester, but they even wrote a recommendation letter in support of the man in hopes of him receiving a lighter sentence.

The family showed up at a school board meeting demanding answers, but the board did not comment on what they are willing to do, if anything.
