The Don Harrington Discovery Center Offering ‘Beerology: Science on Tap’

The Don Harrington Discovery Center is notorious for hosting great learning events for kids, but sometimes they do something just for the adults.  How would you like to learn about beer and wine?  DHDC is hosting a night of 'Beerology.'

If you like a nice beer or glass of wine then this event is perfect for you.  Once the DHDC closes for the night, they will be reopening the doors for adults only.  It all happens January 18th from 7 pm to 10 pm.

Beerology: Science on Tap is going to give you an insight on beer wine and spirits.  You will be learning about home brewing, the importance of yeast, and the chemistry of beer.

While learning about beer, you can enjoy hors d'oeurvres, live music and an open bar.  This is a great way for you to relax and enjoy the company of your peers.

It is, of course, a 21 and up event and seating is limited and advance reservations are required.  If you are a member, tickets cost $38 and for non-members they are $49.

Take some time to yourself and enjoy a nice glass of wine while learning about it.
