So what's in this thing?

The disturbing mix of lobster and bread is smothered in white “McLobster sauce”, which is some combination of mayonnaise, tartar sauce, and possibly some salad dressing. Shredded lettuce and bits of celery are also included.

McWilley: "Yes, I'd like a McLobster with extra "McLobster sauce."
McClerk: "Do want crabs with that?"
McWilley: "No."
McClerk: "Would you like 2 apple pies?"
McWilley: "No."

So this makes me want to make my own Mc-meal. I would like to make the McWilley Meal. A foot long hot dog on a bun with a serving of sweet potato fries and a 16 oz drink.  What would your meal be?
