We also found out today that people would rather spend time with their family on Thanksgiving instead of shopping.

What A Minute That’s Not A Toy
The National Toy Hall of Fame just announced their 2011 inductees. The three toys entering the hall are Hot Wheels cars, Dollhouses and the blanket. The Blanket isn’t a toy, but kids can’t survive without their beloved blankie.
I loved Pillow and my three older brothers knew it. Pillow would often disappear and my evil brothers were behind it. It’s OK, I told mom they taught me curse words.

Toys”R”Us will open their doors at 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving night to welcome Black Friday shoppers.
9 p.m. — Really? Is the company’s slogan, “Buy things for your family, just don’t spend time with them on Thanksgiving?”
