June has quickly flown by, and I can't believe I didn't know that this month was National Steakhouse Month!As a Texas native, you would think that we would all have our whole calendar blocked off for such an event. Even though we are late to the game, don't worry - we still have a week to celebrate!
Growing up with the beef capital of the world (Hereford) only a few miles away, we tend to be more practiced and picky when it comes to getting the perfect steak.
