Mother's Day is this weekend and you are probably racking your brain for the perfect gift.  You can ask mom but she will probably say, "Oh don't buy me anything."  Frustrating, right?  Well, don't believe her!  That isn't what she really means.

If there is anything I know about females, they are not always telling the truth about wanting gifts.  So why do they say 'don't buy me anything?'  Moms, wives, girlfriends, and  other females have been saying this for generations.  Heck, I've even said it a few times.

Now, let me tell what females really mean.  When the woman in your life, whoever she may be, says 'oh don't buy me anything,' she really means I know you're on a tight budget so I don't want you to spend a lot of money on me.  But she does want you to show her how you feel about her.

It doesn't have to be anything big or expensive, just a gesture to let her know that you love her and appreciate her.  If a man said don't buy me anything, he wouldn't expect anything, but would probably get something anyway.  That's how women are.

You probably know her favorite color, candy or even flower.  So next time you hear-Oh don't buy me anything-just know that she means don't spend a lot of money on her. Women are complicated and expect you to read their minds.  It's like they want you to know how they feel without them telling you.

If you show up empty handed, be ready for her to be crushed. So take my advice, show up with something!  It doesn't have to be extravagant, but it needs to be something.  Good luck!
