While it’s unclear exactly how much social media giant Facebook is worth — some have placed the value of the company between $75 – $100 billion — founder Mark Zuckerberg stands to become very, very rich now that the company filed for IPO on Wednesday. And on Thursday, the site went down for the first time in a while.

Last Saturday night (Jan. 28), Vanessa Pritt from Charleston, W.V. was enjoying a Brad Paisley concert in Las Vegas with her boyfriend, Jason Davis, when Paisley reportedly handed Davis the mic in the middle of a song. Getting down on one knee, Davis asked Pritt to be his wife. Paisley, meanwhile, recorded the whole proposal from the stage on his iPhone.
