Lane Closures Week of February 23rd

Here's a list of lane closures that may slow down your commute this week.

As for Monday travel conditions, TxDOT spent the weekend pre-treating roadways in anticipation of the winter weather.  They treated roadways, bridges and ramps.  Roadways around Canyon have been treated as well.  The treatment will help with the melting of frozen precipitation on the roadways during the storm.

I-40, lane closures in both directions at various locations from Airport Boulevard to the I-27 Interchange for patching.

Traffic on 58th avenue between Georgia and Washington was switched on Friday to the north side of the road onto the newly constructed road.  They have begun work on the south half of the road.  Construction should be finished late June or early July
